- Upon arrival, please come to our office at 317 N Collier Blvd.
The rental office is located in Suite 101. - Our hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday.
Saturday our hours are 10-4.
Arrivals after hours can be coordinated by the office. - You must also register with the condo managers upon your arrival.
- The condos and homes are fully furnished including linens.
- The condos and homes are clean prior to you arrival and upon you departure.

Best rentals on the Island
We offer condos on the beach or inland. We have condos that are 1 bedroom-3 bedroom. Prices are based on seasons. Winter is a higher price and is Dec 15-May 1. Off Season or value season is May 2- Dec 14.
Homes are 3-4 bedrooms and priced according to season. Some are located on a waterway and some are inland. There are no homes on the Beach, only condos. Call 1-800-255-9487
